This tshirt is a reference to a specific episode of Dr. Who, “Midnight”. This would be the tenth episode of the fourth series of Dr. Who which was first broadcast on BBC on June 14th, 2008.
In this episode, Dr. Who is trapped powerless and afraid on the planet Midnight. Sky becomes possessed and he attempts to diffuse / confirm the possession, which eventually moves to the doctor himself.
